Whether you are looking to buy or sell a property or provide private funding for real estate transactions, ARC TC Services can provide a complete range of services throughout the final closing process.
Please note:
There is an additional 25% increase on pricing on Subto, Seller Finance, and Novation services for non-subto students
- 50% non-refundable deposit is required before a file can be started. The remaining balance will be due at closing.
- In the event that your deal does not close, the remaining balance will not be charged. Because of services already rendered, all initial deposits non-refundable.
- Other fees may apply depending on the transaction type
